“The Front Porch Counseling Center is so grateful have had the opportunity to collaborate with Rose and Youth Emotional Support.
The vulnerable yet courageous young women in our program received what we affectionately referred to as a “bag of love” from (name of organization). It was delightful to watch each and woman open the bag and take out precious items such as tea cups and Yogi tea, interactive self-help books, journals, chocolate, silk sleep masks, blankets and fuzzy socks, sensory rings, hair and skin products and fun items like temporary tattoos and bubbles.
These young women felt loved and cared for in a very special way. It was amazing for them to receive the gifts that were gathered for them by people who they will never meet… Kind souls that understand the struggle of mental health and the determination that it takes to address it.
